How is my vehicle transported?
Answer: Your vehicle will be transported by an open car carrier.
How long will it take from time of pick-up to time of delivery?
Answer: Depending on location, road conditions, and weather average time is between 3 and 7 days.
Can personal belongings be shipped in vehicle?
Answer: No. Transport Trucks are restricted by weight and insurance regulations. No illegal narcotics, firearms or flammable liquids of any kind can be shipped in your vehicle.
What if my vehicle becomes inoperable during transport?
Answer: An extra charge of $150.00 will be imposed at delivery to be paid to driver by cashiers check or cash.
Will I be kept abreast of when my vehicle will be picked up and delivered?
Answer: Yes, the transporter will call between 12-24 hours in advance of each task and will keep you updated during transport if conditions allow.
What if I can´t be available when my vehicle is picked up or delivered?
Answer: A representative of the shipper must meet with transporter, inspect vehicle and acknowledge transfer of vehicle.
Will pick-up & delivery be door-door?
Answer: In some instances, yes. Transport trucks are very long and cannot always safely transverse residential community. In this instance MoonBaby Auto Transport will arrange to have you meet at a pre-designated location, such as a shopping center or other large parking area.
