Terms and Conditions

  1. No delivery times are guaranteed –delays may occur due to severe weather conditions –road conditions and unavoidable delays.
  2. The shipper is to prepare the vehicle by securing or removing all loose parts including exhaust systems, spoilers or other protruding parts. Any part of the shippers vehicle that falls during Transport is the shippers responsibility including damages caused to any and all other vehicles involved.
  3. Shipper must disable alarm system and supply keys for vehicle (full set.)
  4. MoonBaby Auto Transport will not be liable for any mechanical failures during transport. A fee of $150.00 will be assessed due at delivery for a vehicle that becomes inoperable during transport. This includes all mechanical or electrical failures.
  5. MoonBaby Auto Transport will not be liable for damage caused by inadequate cooling levels or any and all fluid levels.
  6. MoonBaby Auto Transport will not be liable for Loose or Torn Convertible tops. Shipper should repair or replace such tops before shipment. This includes bras, boots or any other canvas or cloth cover.
  7. No auto rental will be honored by MoonBaby Auto Transport.
  8. Shipper shall be present or appoint a representative to act as its agent at point of pick-up and delivery. Moon Baby Auto Transport will inform shipper in advance (usually 12 hours) of pick-up and delivery.
  9. Any and all damages prior to shipment will be noted and signed for by Transport driver and shipper or it´s agent at time of pick-up and delivery. Any claims after delivery are the sole responsibility of the shipper.
  10. All damage claims will be settled at actual cost. Damages must be noted on bill of lading at time of delivery.
  11. Shipper will be responsible to pay for any storage or additional delivery cost.
  12. All payment´s are to be made to Moon Baby Auto Transport by certified cashier´s check, money order or cash. Any other payment must be approved prior to transport.
  13. Moon Baby Auto Transport will not be responsible for Windshields that are cracked or chipped or damaged in any way prior to transport.
  14. Inspect vehicle with transport driver, note all damages, have driver sign, and you or your representative sign the bill of laden.
